Afterpay's lifecycle email flows play a crucial role in nurturing the customer experience. Whether the goal is to educate, inspire, or retain, the content needs to connect with the audience in order to win them over.

Collaborating closely with a talented team, I inspired the creation of a global lifecycle email style guide. We aimed to ensure that every touchpoint was not only on-brand but also accessible and relatable to customers. The result? A modular design system that's highly scalable, making it simple to refine as new insights are gained.
